Dr. Mohamed Atallah, a nutritionist and a member of the Egyptian Obesity Society, shared tips for followers to lose excess weight, through a video on the official page on the social networking site Facebook, through which “Atallah” revealed a way to lose 10 kilos in Ramadan.
The most important points for weight loss were the following:
1-First you have to get up early
2- At the time of Iftar (the time of Maghrib), you must replace sugars from fruits, such as “fruit juice with milk and one tablespoon of honey, for example.” To break the fast, you find yourself in a special situation
3- When you eat, you must eat only until you are full. It is not important that you eat the entire meal, and you may have had enough of a certain amount, so do not eat more than that.
And Dr. Mohamed continued..
4-You must burn fat by exercising before El Maghrib
Dr. Mohamed continued.
5-“Drinking water is very important, and Suhoor is very important in order to complete your fast, and the meal must be complete in small quantities or calories, and you must not use too much sugar, and you must compensate for that with fruit.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Mohamed Atallah, Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and a member of the Egyptian Obesity Medical Association, stated that the food imprint is a breakthrough in the world of slimming without surgery and diet.
Atallah explained that the nutritional imprint is the method by which the doctor determines the way of eating that suits each body, so that we work on satisfying the body and we increase burning, and this is done by avoiding certain types of food and the type and location of obesity, by doing some different analyzes for each case that he determines Doctor during the examination.
Dr. Muhammad Atallah emphasized that the food fingerprint examination in the laboratory is completely different from the technique used, which relies on technical rather than costly analyses.
It aims through detection, not analysis, to know foods and nutrients that do not interact well within the body, which differ from one person to another.
This test helps to identify hidden food intolerances or food sensitivities that may contribute to obesity or difficulty burning fat.
