.H.E. Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al-Zaabi, The Chairman of the Board of AAAID, received H.E. Rashed Ahmed Al-Haroun, Director General of the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, at AAAID’s Main Office in Dubai on August 28, 2024.H.E. The Chairman of the Board of AAAID welcomed H.E. the Director General of the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation and provided him with an overview of AAAID’s strategy, programs, activities, vision, mission, objectives, and investments in Arab countries, along with the sectors in which it operates and its contributions to supporting and enhancing food security.The Director General of the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation expressed his gratitude and appreciation to H.E. the Chairman of the Board of AAAID for the opportunity to meet, praising the efforts of AAAID and its projects that contribute to bridging the food gap.At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E. The Chairman of the Board of AAAID honored H.E. Rashed Ahmed Al-Haroun by awarding him the AAAID’s Trophy in recognition of the important role played by the Arab Investment Corporation in supporting Arab international trade activities aiming at developing infrastructure, industrial & agricultural development as well as food/nutrition security.
